I, like the majority of Americans was happy to see history in the making. I believe we are now at the beginning of a complete, (based on 65 million disatisfied) change. Many ask can Obama do it? can he make the transition?, well I think we who were apart of the 65 million must ask ourselves the question, Will we help him make the change that we so desire and that brought about such an historical event since the time of slavery. I am ready to make the change!, it starts with an old saying that in every walk of life believes as, in their on way; "Do unto others as you wish to be done unto You" with this act of goodness I believe we are all (including the 57 million who didn't vote for change) on our way to change!!
As we observed how the Prez-elect form his cabinet, I am struck by those he has chosen so far. It is about time we have someone who is choosing the best person qualified and not by some political idealogy. These are some people he may butt heads with on some issues. These are not so called "yes men or women", but, people who would tell him those things he don't want to hear. Obama is really counting on these people to have a love of country as opposed to some idealogy, IMHO. I saying this as those who have questions about change is panning his chioce of some from the Clinton Administration. He has chosen or is keeping some from the Bush Administration, be it some may be in different position from their previous.
